Both forms address SB1169 with the following clause:

"The SB1169 amendment does not affect the ability to cite this act by the citizenry nor does it prohibit due process that may determine the application of this act in protecting the rights of Illinois citizens."

The staff form at this time asserts rights NOT to take the Covid-19 injection but AGREES to mitigation, i.e. testing. However, stay tuned for updated staff forms referencing case law (from TROs) that will aid employee assertion of rights on all Covid-19 mitigations.
