The Coercive State of IL

Why?

Surely not because...

...we have some of the most oppressive state policies in the United States?

...we pay insane taxes just to wake up in a zip code of IL?

....the Illinois Department of Public Health, the Illinois State Board of Education, and the snowflake nature of our elected policymakers are all waging a War on IL Children?

"Surely, you can't be serious."

Well, we are serious.

Also, Carmen Ayala, State Board of Ed. Superintendent, is seriously shady. Here is her latest grasping-at-straws attempt to coerce publicly-funded schools to ignore the legal autonomy of local school boards to serve in trust for the public.

Perhaps you are inclined to remind Ms. Ayala about the role of her state agency along with the reminder of where the law begins and ends. Coercion and Civil Rights litigators are beginning to take note.

We stand with Red Hill School District and all school districts who are representing their constituents and finding the courage to stand up for IL children. We are Awake to these issues, to the coercion, and to the oppressive nature of our state.

The IDPH continues to be a hotbed of ineptitude and malfeasance. This is their latest coercion regarding non-vaccinated Illinoisans during Phase 5:

Is this not similar to the propaganda of Nazi Germany against the Jews when they were labeled "vectors of disease"?

Also, worth noting is that IDPH has ever so quietly changed their tune on vaccination age. They now encourage 18+ to get Covid-19 vaccination versus the 12+ (despite Judy Kauerauf with IDPH saying our "little vectors" should get the shot "because the vaccine is good. Vaccine gives you power." Well, it also gives you increased risk of heart inflammation.

This is the Land of Lincoln...what would he say about it today? Would he agree that we need to wake up to the decline of democracy?

We are Awake IL and they can't cancel us.
