IL OPT-OUT FORM

Parental rights mean you can opt your student out of a variety of public school initiatives, actions, and participations. Anything from divisive surveys, curriculum/discussions that violate your student/family beliefs, values, etc. can be listed when opting-out. This form is available to provide to your school principal and can be added to the student file as record of your parental rights.
