Grievance Form

Thanks to West Central chair Marissa for sharing this general form that may be used when filing a grievance against a school district. Many districts have a standard form available, however, if yours doesn't please feel free to download and use this form. The grievance process is a form of documenting a complaint/perceived violation against the school or district. Please check your school/district policy on grievance procedure.
