Last night, Awake IL President highlighted the inconsistencies between JCAR, ISBE Emergency Rules (page 176+), and State Super. Carmen Ayala. We, the People, are paying attention, aren't we? As we share information with our communities, together we will right the wrongs of our state government.
Given the IL rule-making process, JCAR should be sounding the alarm and suspending the ISBE Amendment(s) to Emergency Rule since ISBE did not define factual basis for "Emergency", (Register Vol. 45, Issue 49, page 176, #9):
