Awake Illinois President Shannon Adcock spoke to 560AM Morning Answer today about the social welfare advocacy that saved Dowers Grove children from being exploited. This is a victory for ALL children in the community. Thanks to all who respectfully elected their voices and shared their concerns to the library board and city leadership. We also appreciate Keith Pekau's (candidate for Congress, District 6) common sense denouncement of this event.
We hope the library will focus on providing positive enrichment. Below is an idea for their consideration.
